Daughter of a king
When you KNOW who you are it changes EVERYTHING. Your perspective, your thoughts and your confidence. I wanted to share with you 7 biblical principals today on the proof of who you are {yes even as a woman in business} and to let go of any slavery mindsets you may be going back to. You are a free daughter of a King. It’s time to start acting and taking action like you know it. For 1:1 coaching contact Suzy for consultation as we walk through this together.
1. **Inheritance and Blessings**
2. **Freedom in Christ**
Christ's sacrifice has set us free from the bondage of sin and the law. We should not return to a slave mentality but embrace the freedom of being God's children.
*Reference: Galatians 4:7 - "So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir."*
3. **Unconditional Love**
God's love for His children is unconditional and unwavering. Unlike slaves, we are loved not based on our performance but because of our identity as His sons and daughters.
*Reference: 1 John 3:1 - "See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!"*
4. **Access to God**
5. **Guidance and Discipline**
Just as earthly parents guide and discipline their children, God lovingly guides and corrects His children for their benefit.
*Reference: Hebrews 12:6 - "because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son."*
6. **Identity in Christ**
Our identity as children of God is rooted in Him, not in our circumstances or past mistakes. Slaves often define themselves by their circumstances.
*Reference: 2 Corinthians 5:17 - "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"*
7. **Eternal Security**
As children of God, we have the assurance of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. Slaves have no such promise of eternal security.
*Reference: John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."*
In summary, adopting the mindset of a son or daughter of God, rather than that of a slave, empowers us to live in the fullness of God's love, grace, and purpose for our lives. It is a mindset of freedom, love, and security in our Heavenly Father's care.
